Pool Notice

We would like to provide a brief update regarding the community pool and splash pad facilities.

Pool Closure – May 28:

Today, May 28, the pool will remain closed throughout the morning and is scheduled to reopen at 2:00 PM. This temporary closure is due to reports of broken glass found on the pool deck. To ensure the safety of all residents, janitorial staff will be performing a detailed cleaning of the area to remove any sharp hazards.

Splash Pad Update:

Over the past weekend, a malfunction in the sand filter pump caused a water break, which in turn damaged the motor that operates the splash feature. We are currently working with our service providers to complete the necessary repairs and estimate that the motor will be replaced and operational by this upcoming weekend.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we address these issues and work to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all residents.
