2026 Assessment Increase

The Board of Directors, in an open meeting held on October 22, 2025, reviewed all estimated budget expenses for 2026 and have determined the current assessment rate is not sufficient to sustain the Association’s operating budget. Through unanimous vote, the Board of Directors voted to increase the 2026 regular semi-annual assessments.

The Board of Directors approved an increase effective January 1, 2026; semi-annual assessments will increase from $318.00 to $349.80 semi-annually. Payments for your assessments will be due in January and July in the amount of $349.80.

Article 6, Section 6.3 (b) LIMITS ON MAINTENANCE ASSESSMENTS. The initial Maintenance Assessment for each Lot shall not exceed Seventy Five Dollars and No Cents ($75.00) per month. Thereafter the Board may increase the Maintenance Assessment annually to meet the anticipated needs of the appropriate budget, but the Maintenance Assessment may not be increased in any year by an amount in excess of twenty percent (20%) above the previous year’s Maintenance Assessment, unless such an increase is approved by a majority vote of those members of the Association present at a meeting, in person or by proxy, where a quorum exists.
